Project Manager – Workplace Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join TMX Transform’s Singapore team, overseeing the design and delivery of large‑scale workplace projects across Thailand. You will work with a high‑profile global client, coordinating design, tendering and construction phases to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of workplace facilities within technology and infrastructure campuses in Thailand.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors and client stakeholders throughout design development.
• Manage tender and procurement activities, including engagement with general contractors and delivery partners.
• Provide project management support during construction to ensure safety, schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders in Singapore and Thailand to resolve delivery challenges and drive project outcomes.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, construction, engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering commercial office, industrial or corporate workplace projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead multidisciplinary design and delivery teams.
• Experience with contractor procurement, tender management and construction delivery.
• Willingness to travel to Thailand approximately one week per month.
