Project Procurement Manager

About the role

Join Neste's Project Procurement team in Singapore and lead commercial procurement for large‑scale renewable fuel projects. You will be the single point of accountability for end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance, safeguarding the company's financial and schedule objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement and contracting strategies for projects, establishing workflows, milestone schedules and resource plans.
• Prepare framework agreements, manage RFQs, evaluate commercial proposals and recommend supplier selections to Project Managers.
• Direct, control and mentor purchasing and expediting resources assigned to your project portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective deliveries.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in project procurement or strategic sourcing within an industrial or energy environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex supplier relationships and drive commercial governance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
