Project/Tender Engineer – Electrical, Mechanical & ACMV (West Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project/Tender Engineer to support electrical, mechanical and ACMV works on LTA/MRT projects in the West region of Singapore. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and exposure to a range of construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction activities on site and report directly to the Project Manager.
• Manage construction progress and site operations independently.
• Interpret and understand M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Attend project kick‑off and team meetings, providing regular progress updates.
• Carry out engineering tasks including design calculations, planning and tender preparation/evaluation.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation for all engineering deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, architects and contractors to support project coordination.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during design and construction phases.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Understanding of M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and tender preparation/evaluation.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation for engineering deliverables.
