Purchasing Support Analyst

About the role

Join a global team that supports colleagues in acquiring the resources needed to deliver better play experiences for customers. The role is part of the Supplier Services department within Business Services Operations, focusing on APAC and China procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Services Operations performance reviews and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Execute supplier onboarding, purchase order processing, purchase requests and ServiceNow tickets accurately and on time.
• Provide high‑quality service for complex internal queries.
• Identify and implement process‑efficiency improvements across accounts payable, procurement and other cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in regional projects such as plant production, compliance and localisation programmes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with global, APAC and China‑based teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a procurement or purchasing support analyst.
• Detail‑oriented curiosity for analytics and data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders independently.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, shared‑service environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar large‑scale ERP system).
• Coupa or comparable procurement platform.
• Microsoft Excel.
• ServiceNow ticketing system.
