QAQC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QAQC Engineer to ensure that construction projects meet the highest quality standards. The role involves reviewing specifications, coordinating with project teams, and supporting the Quality Management Representative in all QA/QC activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, general requirements and construction drawings for compliance with quality standards.
• Assist the QMR in preparing and updating quality documents such as PQP, ITP, checklists, testing reports and material submissions.
• Monitor, track and close all Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Non‑Conformance Notices (NCNs).
• Conduct on‑site quality inspections and surveillance for activities involving clients, subcontractors and consultants.
• Support preparation of monthly quality metrics reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate receipt, verification and documentation of material testing certificates and ensure proper filing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or civil engineering projects, preferably in condominium projects.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
