Quality Engineer (Reliability Testing)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to lead reliability testing and failure analysis for semiconductor filter products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret test data to identify product weaknesses and failure modes.
• Review failure analysis reports and conduct root‑cause investigations.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams and management.
• Plan, develop and execute reliability testing procedures, including stress and accelerated life testing.
• Ensure manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement improvements based on test results.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test sampling plans and recommend design or process changes.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering with 1–2 years of reliability testing experience.
• Willingness to work alternating day and night shifts on a two‑week rotation.
• Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why analysis and quality‑control tools.
• Basic statistical knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic priorities.
