Quality Executive – Specialty Chemicals

About the role

We are seeking two Quality Executives to join the launch team of a new specialty chemicals manufacturing plant in Singapore. The role involves supporting analytical testing and laboratory operations within the Quality function, with an initial four‑week training at the European headquarters before production begins.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Conduct wet chemistry analysis and prepare samples for testing.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and laboratory records.
• Assist with laboratory commissioning, operational readiness and startup activities.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Quality leadership during plant ramp‑up.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing laboratories is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with wet chemistry and analytical techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured working style.
