Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor (5-Day Week)

About the role

The company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre‑ and post‑contract administration for residential, building and commercial projects. You will prepare tender documents, review specifications and ensure contractual compliance across project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on pre‑ and post‑contract administration for assigned projects, primarily residential, building and commercial works.
• Prepare tender bid documents and coordinate the tendering process.
• Review work specifications, perform quantity take‑offs, calculate costs and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Interpret contractual terms and ensure project team members, accounts and finance understand and comply with them.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or Quantity Surveying‑related studies.
• 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience handling building construction projects is advantageous.
