R&D Electronics Engineer – Hardware

About the role

We are looking for a motivated R&D Electronics Engineer to create innovative, cost‑effective hardware solutions for high‑volume consumer products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring new hardware from concept to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into hardware designs, including component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Perform circuit bring‑up, debugging, and validation to ensure performance, quality, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with product development, quality, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration and product launch.
• Develop and execute test and qualification plans to meet reliability and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in electronic circuit and PCB design for consumer or high‑volume products.
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design and microprocessor‑based systems.
• Knowledge of DFQ, EMC, and DFx methodologies for volume manufacturing.
