About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Learning Centre. This entry‑level position is based in the heart of Singapore and offers a permanent contract with a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused service at the front desk.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure continuous satisfaction.
Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently within defined service level agreements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Maintain close liaison with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong service mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
