About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Learning Centre. This entry‑level position is based in the heart of Singapore and offers a permanent contract with a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused service at the front desk.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure continuous satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently within defined service level agreements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Maintain close liaison with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

  • Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong service mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
