About the role
Servcorp Singapore is looking for a polished and enthusiastic Receptionist/Secretary to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at one of its 5‑star locations. You will represent the brand, provide high‑end customer service, and support daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage check‑in procedures and maintain a professional reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle mail and courier services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and preparing documents.
- Provide information about Servcorp services and facilities to clients and guests.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby environment.
Required profile
- A warm, professional smile and a winning attitude.
- Strong desire to learn and grow; training will be provided.
- Background in hospitality, high‑end customer service, or hotel environments is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Ambition to develop a career locally or internationally.
