About the role

Gartner is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. You will partner with business units to source, assess, and secure top talent, playing a pivotal part in the company’s growth story.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hiring needs by building strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting channels and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and track candidate information using a dedicated database.

Required profile

  • 3‑6 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
  • Business‑level proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese or Korean highly preferred.
  • Proven direct‑sourcing and talent‑mapping abilities with a track record of meeting metrics‑driven goals.
  • Strong time‑management, organizational skills, and a results‑focused mindset.
