Recruitment Consultant – AI/Chip/Tech

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join Dada Consultants, a Singapore‑based executive search firm specializing in AI, technology, fintech and high‑growth markets. The consultant will drive end‑to‑end hiring processes for AI‑focused positions across engineering, infrastructure, product, research and applied AI functions, supporting both local and international client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across Singapore and global markets to build pipelines for AI‑related roles.
• Partner with high‑quality candidates and global clients on strategic hiring projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI industry trends, talent movement and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in AI and technology markets.
• Excellent communication skills, learning agility and commercial drive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑standard environment.
