HR Specialist (4‑Month Extendable Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a 4‑month extendable contract. You will support HR operations across Singapore and regional offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and ensure compliance with PDPA.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, extensions and manage probation tracking.
• Provide HR support for China payroll and regional office payroll when required.
• Coordinate onboarding kits, conduct new‑hire orientations and manage off‑boarding processes.
• Handle work‑pass applications, renewals and cancellations in partnership with the vendor.
• Update HR systems and databases in collaboration with the Shared Services Team.
• Assist in planning employee engagement, wellness programmes and internal communications.
• Support general HR administration, policy updates and project documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience in a multinational environment, with solid knowledge of Singapore employment practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Pro‑active, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
