About the role

Join Michael Page’s Singapore office as a Recruitment Consultant focused on HR. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes while building strong partnerships with high‑value clients across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Build and deepen strategic client relationships, providing consultative hiring advice.
• Leverage Michael Page’s global resources, databases and industry insights to source top‑tier talent.
• Identify and act on business development opportunities, growing existing accounts and cultivating new ones.
• Work towards ambitious targets while tailoring client engagement strategies and upholding company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a sales‑driven role.
• Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to winning new clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a consultative style.
• Drive, resilience and self‑motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Focus on service excellence and ability to build long‑term partnerships.
