About the role

Icon Consulting Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Singapore team. You will play a pivotal role in matching top SAP talent with contract and permanent opportunities across APAC, supporting both candidates and client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End recruitment: identify, engage and place SAP professionals for contract and permanent roles.
• Talent sourcing & headhunting: leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct outreach to build a strong SAP talent pool.
• Candidate & client engagement: manage relationships with consultants and hiring managers to understand needs and secure successful matches.
• Contractor management: support deployed consultants, handle renewals and ensure a seamless experience.
• Market research & business development: stay updated on SAP hiring trends, identify new opportunities and contribute to network growth.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience in SAP, IT or tech (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
• Understanding of the SAP/IT industry; knowledge of SAP modules is a plus.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on relationship building and target achievement.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers.
• Resilient, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
