Recruitment Consultant – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join DADACONSULTANTS in Singapore. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our diverse portfolio of global internet technology clients, hedge funds, and startups. You will work closely with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process (270/360), from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide professional recruitment advisory services to candidates, guiding them through the hiring journey.
• Source and place qualified professionals in technical, corporate and business roles for internet‑focused clients.
• Introduce best‑practice recruitment methodologies and share knowledge with the internal team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the internet or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and placing software‑technical, corporate and business talent.
• Excellent communication and client‑engagement skills.
• Result‑oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive and able to work independently.
• MOM CEI certification is a plus but not mandatory.
