Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Financial Services

About the role

Pivot Search is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a recruitment vertical focused on technology and financial services. The role involves building a network of candidates and clients, providing consultative hiring solutions, and supporting talent in finding the right career path within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships, uncover hiring needs and generate new business opportunities.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services for C‑level, go‑to‑market, corporate and technical positions.
• Source, assess and place candidates across technology and financial services sectors.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Contribute to thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition within technology or financial services; internship or relevant experience a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, people‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and passionate about helping others succeed.
