AIA Financial Advisers is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Officer to join our on‑site team in Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring talent that upholds our high standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear and compelling job descriptions for open positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source talent through various channels and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
• Experience in job description development and hiring processes.
• Proficiency in interviewing and recruiting techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for adding value to the organisation.
• Minimum diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
