Recruitment Researcher – Candidate Manager

About the role

Westport Partners is seeking an energetic Recruitment Researcher to support its Private Banking, Trust, Wealth Planning and EAM practices. You will work closely with senior consultants to deliver strategic recruitment solutions for high‑profile clients across Asia and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs and candidate profiles to identify suitable talent.
• Develop presentation materials for client and candidate meetings.
• Build and maintain a candidate pool through active networking and cold‑calling.
• Negotiate and close recruitment deals.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial contact to placement.
• Maintain internal databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and candidates in locations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Dubai and New York.

Required profile

• University graduate (degree preferred).
• 0–10 years of sales or recruitment experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Self‑starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outreach and relationship management.
