Regional Commercial Performance & Insights Manager

About the role

Join the Regional Commercial & Business Development team to shape commercial performance across SEAO. You will combine analytical depth with commercial judgment to turn performance data into strategic business direction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on SEAO commercial performance, surfacing trends, risks and opportunities on a regular cadence.
• Maintain and enhance performance dashboards, conduct diagnostics and provide forward‑looking insights for strategic recommendations.
• Partner with market Commercial teams to prepare comprehensive regional performance reports.
• Support regional Commercial leaders in business reviews, including material and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate consolidation of budget and latest estimate exercises, covering retail KPIs and client equations.
• Develop, roll out and lead regional performance community engagements such as workshops and seminars.
• Manage assigned regional commercial projects end‑to‑end, including retail deep dives and segmentation analyses.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience in luxury or premium retail is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with dashboards and a proven track record in project management within a regional or matrix environment.
• Commercially and analytically minded with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications.
• Self‑directed, accountable and able to deliver quality work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
