About the role
This senior leadership position will steer the commercial strategy for a fast‑growing FMCG business, overseeing sales and marketing across Singapore and regional markets. You will own the go‑to‑market execution, key account relationships and revenue growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Drive business expansion across retail, foodservice and export channels.
- Manage and grow key accounts at both local and regional levels.
- Oversee forecasting, pricing, and performance management processes.
- Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
- Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing commercial team.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing leadership.
- Proven track record in multi‑channel distribution and regional market expansion.
- Strong key‑account management and negotiation expertise.
- Commercially driven with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
