Regional ISO Compliance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Regional ISO Compliance Executive to support quality, information security and environmental management across our Singapore operations. The role will maintain compliance frameworks, coordinate audits and certifications, and drive continuous improvement in line with ISO standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain quality, information‑security and environmental management systems.
• Develop, implement and periodically review policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain document repositories with proper version control for all compliance records.
• Monitor compliance activities, flag risks and provide management insights.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions, track closure and follow‑up.
• Liaise with certification bodies and external auditors on audit planning and certification requirements.
• Support management review, compliance reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Engage with internal departments, consultants and auditors to promote compliance awareness.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, quality management, governance or audit functions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and PDPA requirements.
• Experience supporting audits, certification activities and corrective‑action management.
• Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
