Regional Sales Director (Data Center)

About the role

The Regional Sales Director (Data Center) will define and execute the commercial strategy for the Southeast Asia data‑center market, driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role works closely with country heads, key account teams, product management and other regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and securing new business across priority markets.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, consultants, contractors and strategic partners.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer requirements and competitive developments to shape go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with country sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to align solutions with customer needs.
• Own sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management and performance reporting for the region.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing regional sales team, fostering accountability and customer focus.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on data‑center solutions, providing strategic guidance internally and externally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Significant experience within the data‑center industry.
• Proven track record of leading regional sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
