Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

About the role

The Resident Technical Officer (C&S) will represent clients on HDB/LTA construction sites, overseeing construction activities and ensuring that all works meet quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients on HDB/LTA sites and supervise construction works.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and prevailing regulations.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, inspect materials and workmanship.
• Perform quality tests and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Accredited as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by IES/ACES JAC.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an RTO on HDB/LTA projects.
• Certificate in BCSS or equivalent construction safety certification.
