Resident Technical Officer – Water Project (East)

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to join its Water team on the CNF3 project in Tanah Merah. The role involves on‑site supervision of pipe‑laying, pipe jacking and chamber construction, acting as the client’s representative for construction supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of construction works, including temporary works for pipe laying, pipe jacking and chamber construction.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor progress and performance, maintaining accurate site records.
• Capture daily site photographs and communicate updates to the client via email or WhatsApp.
• Maintain attendance logs, diaries, inspection checklists, test records and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience on PUB water projects.
• Availability to work a 5.5‑day week on‑site.
