Restaurant Manager – Halal Multi‑Cuisine Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic halal multi‑cuisine outlet serving Thai, Muslim seafood, Western dishes, chicken rice, South Indian and North Indian menus. The role requires immediate availability and the ability to manage rotating shifts that run until 3 am.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure seamless service across all cuisine stations.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor cost control, and drive profitability.
• Plan, schedule and supervise manpower, including rotating shift patterns.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with MUIS halal certification requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to deliver consistent multi‑cuisine offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in restaurant management.
• At least 2 years managing halal restaurant operations.
• Master’s degree in any field preferred.
• MUIS halal training is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, public holidays and rotating off‑days.
• Ability to start on short notice.
