Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Chinese restaurant across Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure high service standards, manage the front‑of‑house team, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall daily restaurant operations and maintain service quality.
• Lead, motivate and schedule the front‑of‑house team.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues and ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor sales performance, support business targets and assist with cost control.
• Manage inventory, coordinate with the kitchen and minimise operational wastage.
• Train and develop staff, conduct briefings and communicate operational updates.
• Support promotional activities and prepare operational reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in restaurant management or F&B operations; Chinese restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
