About the role
The Retail Leasing Manager / Senior Executive will drive the leasing strategy for malls across Singapore, focusing on maximizing rental income, occupancy rates, and an optimal tenancy mix.
This senior role involves market research, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and maintaining strong landlord‑tenant relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Support in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, and optimise the tenancy mix of the mall.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property.
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy‑related matters.
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord‑tenant relationships.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department.
- Oversee all aspects of lease management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Senior Executive level experience in retail leasing or property management.
- Full‑time availability.
