Retail Sales Associate – Full-Time (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Birkenstock stores in Singapore. In this full-time position you will welcome customers, guide them through product selection and ensure a clean, inviting store environment that reflects our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle merchandise retrieval.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store tidy, organized and fully stocked.
• Assist with receiving shipments, restocking shelves and conducting physical inventory counts.
• Achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues promptly and support additional store tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in spoken and written English.
• Enthusiastic about fashion and lifestyle brands, able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
