Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Japanese sneaker brand’s store network across Singapore. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high‑quality service to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a professional and approachable demeanor, assisting them in locating products.
• Proactively upsell and apply product knowledge to achieve daily sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock levels, and store cleanliness in the assigned department.
• Support inventory accuracy through stock takes, receiving deliveries, and organising the storeroom.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and department performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese with customers and team members.
• Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive work ethic.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail sales, with a proven ability to meet sales and service standards.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
