Retail Store Manager – Singapore

About the role

Beyond The Vines is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead its Singapore store. You will work closely with the Retail team to translate performance data into daily actions, ensuring the store meets its sales targets while delivering a memorable brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with company direction and market trends.
• Conduct regular reviews to improve store operations, service standards, and team culture.
• Lead by example to maintain brand‑consistent service language and tone.
• Plan and execute community engagement projects, store activations, and brand‑building initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, administration, and compliance with policies.
• Drive sales performance, manage inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor displays.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of retail store management experience in fashion, lifestyle or e‑commerce brands with a global presence.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and passionate about delivering strong customer service.
• Excellent communicator with proven mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle trends and a genuine love for the brand.
