Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and suites are cleaned, inspected and prepared to the highest standards, contributing to overall guest satisfaction at our luxury hotel in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas according to established procedures.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning and report any damages, malfunctions or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Record room status accurately in the assigned section of the housekeeping system.
• Replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Report lost and found items, unusual activities and any safety concerns immediately.
• Adhere to the hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies and maintain personal grooming standards.
• Participate in required training sessions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role.
• Ability to follow daily instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Commitment to delivering courteous and efficient service to guests.
