Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our supportive sales team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑changing environment while meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing cross‑border accounts, monitoring shipping trends, volume and revenue sustainability.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contractual rates with clients to ensure business retention.
• Maintain positive relationships as the main touchpoint for merchants, delivering solutions promptly.
• Identify new opportunities, cross‑sell product mixes, and manage inbound/outbound domestic and international leads.
• Report weekly on pipeline strength, client activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Deliver ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager, preferably in ecommerce logistics or cross‑border ecommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
