Sales Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to lead a team of retail assistants, ensuring smooth store operations and driving sales for a specific product category. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining an attractive and well‑stocked sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve daily sales targets.
• Manage inventory, housekeeping, and merchandising for the assigned product category.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist with product displays, and keep the sales floor organized.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage customer refunds courteously.
• Ensure the sales floor is consistently stocked and presented according to visual standards.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am – 10 pm, six days a week with one weekday off).
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
