Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant promotes and sells cord blood and tissue banking services to parents, ensuring a professional, ethical, and compliant customer experience. This role involves direct engagement at events, roadshows, clinics, and other approved channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and clearly explain the company’s services and products to consumers.
• Engage customers at events, exhibitions, clinics, and other approved platforms.
• Conduct sales consultations and guide customers through the sign‑up process.
• Achieve individual sales and enquiry generation targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Complete and submit accurate customer forms, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey and coordinate handover to Customer Service.
• Participate in company events, roadshows, and weekend activations, including setup and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet team goals and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (degree is an advantage).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong interest in healthcare services and client education.
• Comfortable engaging with consumers in a consultative sales environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and participate in events as required.
