About the role

The Retail Sales Assistant is the front‑line link between the brand and its customers, delivering professional product advice and a refined shopping experience. This role blends store‑floor interaction with behind‑the‑scenes support for online order fulfilment, ensuring customers receive consistent service across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers, understand their needs and provide tailored product consultations.
• Recommend and sell fashion items that match customer preferences, while meeting individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Address customer inquiries, returns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Support online order processing: picking, checking quality, packing, and coordinating stock transfers.
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse organization.
• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Operations team.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen or holder of a valid work permit.
• Solid background in retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong enthusiasm for fashion trends and market developments.
• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Confidence in sales techniques and ability to recommend complementary products.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
