Sales Development Representative – Philippines & Vietnam

About the role

Elastic’s APJ Sales Development team is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and new business across the Philippines and Vietnam. You will own outbound prospecting, work closely with Account Executives and channel partners, and help bring Elastic’s Search AI Platform to strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, social selling, events and other channels.
• Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders in IT, Security, Cloud, Data and Engineering teams.
• Qualify prospects and schedule high‑quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, especially in Vietnam, to co‑identify accounts and generate pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling into or working with the Philippines and Vietnam markets.
• Fluent in Tagalog with strong English communication; Vietnamese is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑level and senior IT leaders.
• Hunter mindset with resilience, persistence and a metrics‑driven approach.
• Highly organised, self‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
