Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth across Singapore and selected APAC markets for a global technology solutions provider serving financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development activities and build a sustainable sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
• Lead client presentations, solution discussions, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Execute territory growth strategies and contribute to regional business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM records.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
• Strong understanding of financial technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Good commercial acumen and drive for results.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
