Technical Sales Engineer – HVAC Solutions

About the role

Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (HVAC) to drive sales of HVAC and ATCS solutions. The role is based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore and works Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5.30 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and sell HVAC and ATCS solutions, achieving revenue targets and market growth.
• Act as the technical expert during client presentations, analysing requirements and recommending energy‑efficient solutions.
• Manage the full tender process: attend briefings, conduct site visits, prepare detailed technical proposals, RFPs and Bills of Quantities.
• Select appropriate equipment, calculate accurate BOQs and ensure specifications meet project needs while controlling costs.
• Coordinate between clients, internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure smooth hand‑over from pre‑sales to implementation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in HVAC, cooling systems or industrial equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems such as cooling towers, chillers and heat exchangers.
• Experience with tendering, proposal preparation and cost estimation is an advantage.
