Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business and grow client relationships for our logistics services in Singapore. You will work on‑site, collaborating with operations and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Conduct prospecting activities, sales presentations and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing accounts.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Track sales performance, generate regular reports and provide feedback for strategy improvement.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including prospecting, lead qualification and deal closing.
• Strong client relationship and account management abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain or related services; logistics sales experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• Legal right to work in Singapore and willingness to meet clients on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Standard office software (Word, PowerPoint).
