Sales Manager – Build Customer Relationships & Drive Revenue

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead day‑to‑day sales activities, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth hand‑over to service teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community networking.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to identify new business opportunities.
• Close sales opportunities that align with market conditions and location needs.
• Provide accurate turnover information to Event Management and support operational execution.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service to drive loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets.
