Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead end‑to‑end sales activities for our low‑code office automation solutions in Singapore. The role involves prospecting new clients, managing the sales pipeline and closing deals while collaborating closely with marketing, pre‑sales and implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers across target industries.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and report performance to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales and delivery teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to local go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B software or technology sales, preferably enterprise SaaS or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong ability to conduct consultative selling and value‑based presentations to both business and technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and regional events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead, opportunity and reporting management.
• Knowledge of low‑code platforms and office automation solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise workflow automation concepts.
