About the role

The Sales Support Coordinator will handle EDI‑based billing and invoice dispute resolution for our freight forwarding clients. You will work closely with both local and overseas teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot EDI billing issues and resolve disputed invoices.
Identify root causes of billing disputes and implement timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Positive, growth‑mindset attitude and adaptability.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in freight forwarding, especially freight bill audit and payment, is a plus.
Prior customer‑service experience is beneficial.

What we offer

Competitive monthly salary (SGD 2,500‑3,000).
Standard office hours: Mon‑Fri 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
