Sales Support Executive

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by handling operational paperwork and ensuring smooth order processing. Based in Bugis, the role focuses on maintaining inventory, generating key documents, and supporting customer service officers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and quotations.
• Support the sales team with paperwork, allowing them to focus on acquiring new accounts.
• Plan and control inventory while ensuring timely customer payments.
• Mentor new Customer Service Officers to handle operational tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Meet deadlines and targets consistently.
• Use the SAP Information System for operational tasks.
• Identify and complete tasks proactively, ensuring accuracy and completeness of work.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or a related field.
• Experience in the service industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with clients.
• Good time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a basic salary plus variable bonus.
• Salary range SGD 2,700 – 4,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: 5 days a week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
