E-Commerce Manager – Senior Management

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will lead the online sales operations for SG Royal Foods, overseeing digital storefronts, product listings and the overall customer experience. This senior role works closely with marketing, sales, logistics and procurement teams to drive revenue growth and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the company’s e‑commerce platforms and online stores.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, images and promotional details online.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and average order value, and set monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate order processing, packing, dispatch and delivery with internal logistics and operations teams.
• Identify slow‑moving products and recommend pricing or promotional strategies.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and social media teams to plan and execute online campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Analyse platform performance, resolve operational issues and continuously improve the online customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce operations and online sales.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams including marketing, logistics and procurement.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
