Sales Support Executive – Japanese Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive who can communicate fluently in Japanese and English to help expand our market presence across Southeast Asia. The role involves supporting sales activities, handling client interactions, and preparing documentation for Japanese‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities in Southeast Asia.
• Undertake frequent business travel within the region as required.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Oversee sales activities, marketing meetings, and reporting.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during client visits.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare internal and external documents, reports, and communications.
• Draft proposals and application documents in Japanese with accuracy and clarity.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing within the construction/engineering sector.
• Willingness to travel on short notice for overseas business trips.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Japanese and English.
