Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Techno-Functional)

About the role

We are looking for a junior‑level Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant who can bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will work on designing, developing, and integrating Sales Cloud functionalities for our clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business and data requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS).
• Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and standard platform capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
• Configure, develop, test, and enhance Agentforce and AI solutions.
• Support data mapping, API integrations, SIT/UAT, deployment and post‑go‑live activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead, Project Manager and project team to deliver quality solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Sales Cloud development and configuration.
• Ability to prepare Functional and Technical Specifications independently.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
