SAP Project Manager (SAP HANA)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP HANA implementation projects. You will work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions that align with client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead and coordinate SAP HANA consultants, IT staff and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, overseeing quality assurance and testing activities.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency.
• Ensure that delivered SAP HANA solutions meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale SAP HANA implementation projects.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource allocation and budget control.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
• Focus on quality assurance and testing of SAP solutions.
